Hi my wife and I did the same we watch a young lady on you tube and it is helping us both. I find I am able to do more and all it takes is 10 to 15 mins a day.I also find I am able to walk up stairs more easily.

You can put on a chair or place on a bed a also put on the floor to do my feet
