Hi Everyone, My handle is Cenn and very new to this forum which I have found difficult to navigate around. I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s just over a year ago
After having a tremor in my left arm for the past 3 years. However, I also suffer with a heart condition and recently after a delayed echocardiogram it was confirmed that my aortic stenosis has moved from moderate to severe. My cardiologist has placed on the list for a TAVI replacement procedure. I would be interested to know has anyone on this forum has had this procedure.
I hope I am asking this question on the correct category.
Regards Cenn
Hello @Cenn ,
I’m sorry to see no one has stopped by yet to share their experiences with you. We do have community members who have had TAVR and have Parkinson’s - or care for someone with Parkinson’s who has had TAVR - so I do hope you hear from some of them soon.
You can post your query in the Treatments and Therapies section of the Forum - don’t worry, it’s okay that you posted here, we’re just trying to get your post more visibility.
Our helpline is available to you as well on 0808 800 0303 for any questions or concerns you may have about the procedure.
Best wishes,
Joy
