Just to let you know that we’ve closed the helpline from 5-7pm every weekday this week (19th to the 23rd November) due to further work on the new database. We hope it doesn’t cause any inconvenience.

We’ve also got a couple of other planned closures in the next couple of weeks for training. They are:
Wed 28 Nov – closed all day (9am-7pm)
Friday 30 Nov – closed 9am-2pm (open 2-7pm).
