Pretty well every day I get a period that I call the darkness.
It is a feeling of despair and sadness. I can end up in tears.
Then it’s gone. As quickly as it came.
Does anyone else feel like this?

I understand, but don’t allow myself to go there. I try to see the funny side of my plight…usually succeed
That is the right attitude Geordieparr.
It’s not always easy to see the funny side when the future looks so desolate.
I do try to be positive but sometimes it just grips me.
Fear of the next 20 years.

We have been to Great. Yarmouth several times and the weather has been good.we spent a wonderful 2weeks We all see things differently. And I don’t agree it’s a cold place even in September the weather is gorgeous
