Can anyone advise if they started with thumb twitching before diagnosis
I started with occasional thumb twitching about a year ago. I now have constant tremor in my arm/hand. I was diagnosed early March.
Hi i started with a pulse on back of hand between thumb and finger then ripples of my muscles in forearm now i have resting tremor in hand was diagnosed in 2019
thumb twitching noticed while holding steering wheel, when car stationary to right hand, later (guess at a few months) noticed twitching to left hand while holding paper, even later noticed shaking of hands more noticeable when under stress, diagnosed nov last year, no meds yet, but next visit to specialist soon

Yes- my mum has had Parkinsons for 20 years and her first symptom was twitching of little finger.
