It says on the bottle of my pills what time to take them, is that strict times or can you be flexible give or take 20-25 mins. I’m on Madopar just stepped up from 2 a day to 3 a day, over next two weeks stepping up to 4 x 125mg a day.
I’ve been taking madopar for 7 years , initially on 3x125 a day and now 4. The timing isn’t critical just space them out through the day and try to take them about half hour after eating something. Generally speaking there are no set rules and different neurologists have different ideas.. all the best
