Timezones and pills

How do you deal with taking pills in different timezones? when would I take my 8am pill in a country that is 5 hrs behind, 3am?

I usually either skip pills or take an extra one or two (depending on whether I’m going to somewhere ahead or behind) on the flight and then switch to my usual regime in the new timezone.

Same here , when flying to Thailand hubby keeps his times the same as UK until we arrive , then switch to local time , he may have to take an extra tablet and feels bloody awful for quite a few days as the effects of jet lag and tablet lag even out.

I take Ropinerole (4 tablets) every morning around 7am. In Florida that would have meant taking the tablets at two in the morning, so I just took them as early in the morning as I could while I was in the US. It seemed to work ok, no adverse affects, and I did the same on my return, taking them early around 7am back in UK.
