I’m about to let the wonderful peeps at DVLA know that I have PD. I currently have a licence that allows me to drive up to 7.5 tonne and tow a caravan. Does anyone have any experience of letting them know and if they withdrew any categories, I’m worried as I’m about to buy a caravan.

I don’t know about driving a caravan but for driving in general they rely entirely on the opinion of your neurogist so if (s)he is happy for you to continue with this then the DVLA should be ok with it too. They’ll probably give you a medical review licence which is only valid for 2 or 3 years before needing renewal.
