ive trapped a nerve in the bottom of me back this mornin and it hurts like mad,does anyone no how i can make it go.at the momment i have a hot water bottle shoved down me tracky bottoms aginst me back ,its soothin it,but the pain is still there.i already suffer with disc and vertabrae problems,and sciatica,thats bad enough,trust this to happin to me ,it a nusence,any advice would be grateful
Sorry you're in pain Ali, I've had disc problems years ago but never a trapped nerve. How can you tell that's what it is? Sorry if that is a stupid question. Because you've had disc problems you will know all the gentle stretches they advise for that, sorry I can't be more helpful.
