I take sinemet 25/100 three times a day plus mirapexin 1.05 mg daily. The sinemet does not last as long as before , should I ask my neurologist about adding Stalevo ? he wrote in his letter to my GP that I should have 25/200 sinemet but she has only prescribed 25/100
