Has anyone found anything that helps mitigate Parkinson’s tremors or post medication fatigue?

@rhout hello and welcome. For me it was A change to my working pattern as I need a 45 min nap about midday and then the same again at 4pm and 7.30pm. Fortunately for the last 7 months work has allowed me to work reduced hours to accommodate the midday and 4pm naps.
