Continuing the discussion from TV Advert:
Before setting off, know your destination! A cure is a worthwhile destination even though we all know the way there is still not clear. So I’m OK with the advert.
Parkinsons has been around for years. Most people already have a view on it and of what the future holds for those of us with it. At best, most are under-informed but open to listen, at worst the response is avoidance, denial even exclusion. We’ve all been there and it needs to be challenged. This disease is mainstream not marginal , and getting worse. So Again I’m ok with the advert. Having grabbed attention the tone of the next should more informative.
As for scarey…?! When you feel you don’t have a voice (literally), sometimes you need someone else to shout for you.
