Hi All,
I am here because my father has Parkinsons (11 years).
He is in London with my mother and grandma until August and we are looking to rent or purchase a used U-STEP or TopPro Troja Neuro walker.
This is the only way we can get him walking.
London or anyplace close by. All tips welcome.

Late to the party, but I wanted to suggest checking out local mobility aid rental shops in London; they might have what you need. Also, have you tried any social media groups? Sometimes people post offers for selling such equipment. Hope it helps!
