U-step or TopPro Troja Neuro for rent or sale? London

Hi All,
I am here because my father has Parkinsons (11 years).
He is in London with my mother and grandma until August and we are looking to rent or purchase a used U-STEP or TopPro Troja Neuro walker.
This is the only way we can get him walking.

London or anyplace close by. All tips welcome.
