Ultrasound treatment for tremors?

I wonder if they will bring this to the UK. It would help so many people

it sounds like a pallidotomy but non-invasive, in the sense if no drilling or cutting. pallidotomies were getting to be very refined and accurate before dbs took over, perhaps they will make a come back! no risk of infection, strokes etc - as long as the co-ordinates are right!
