Urinary Problems

Need some advice. I have Parkinson’s (aged 54) and our daughter who is in her 20s has a urinary problem.
The problem is that she continuously urinates throughout the day with no control. During the night she does not need to urinate or lose control. There are other symptoms such as sudden weakness in her hand, muscle fasciculations in arms and legs, sleep paralysis and sleep issues. We are worried that this may be early signs of young onset. Any thoughts? We are waiting to see a neurologist and urologist. MRIs of the brain and spine have been normal.

An MRI is not a good diagnostic tool for PD. Perhaps a DatScan would be more helpful.
