Hi, i had Dbs 1 year ago & that’s all going well. Im currently following Wahls protocol PLUS diet & after 2 days im in ketoisis & have seen a marked difference in my right hand tremor, walking speed & balance. I have eaten this way for a little while pre dbs but thought i would give it another run before the silly season.
