Hi all just wanted to know if anyone else has the urge to use the loo, regularly, I sometimes have little accidents so need to quite often shower as we are on a water meter we use a lot of water ors ant know if we could get any help with this please.

Hi May be worth getting a referral to the incontinence service … we get pads delivered. Also my husband takes trospium which reduces well the frequency of needing the loo.
