Hello. I dont have a fixed routine to my days, so need a reminder to take my meds four times a day. I don’t carry a phone around. I don’t currently wear a watch, but a small watch is perhaps best. I have Apple products, so could buy an Apple Watch, but this seems a very expensive solution to a straightforward problem. I have read about the benefits of an Apple Watch, but for this post am asking about an inexpensive watch which will buzz four times a day. I can’t find up to date info on this subject. Thank you.
