I have weak legs and notice I bend my knees a lot. This makes me anxious and my tremor gets worse. Does anybody get like this. If so could you please share your info and what you do to help. Many thanks

Hello Dave … I have Atypical Parkinson’s & also neuropathy & arthritis. I take Amitriptyline for the neuropathy & arthritis which helps. I too bend my knees a lot, which is partly habit. 55% of Parkinson’s sufferers have neuropathy.
Any questions please ask.

A nice sauna does it for me ,and some exercise in pool
The weak legs was what i started with i felt really bad as i enjoy walking i would love to know how i can help my legs work better
Good morning Annabella … You should chat with your doctor and get a referral to your local hospital for a neurological physiotherapist consultation. I did and was signed up for 6 neurological physiotherapy 1 hour sessions in the hospital gym. Very worthwhile.
Exercise is very important for Parkinson’s.
Best wishes
