I’ve heard that you can buy weighted bracelets to stop or reduce hand tremors. They’re similar in style to the copper ones that have been around for years.
Can anyone please let me know where they can be purchased? Or if there’s an alternative?

As an alternative you can buy velcro strap weights for wrists and ankles. They may be useful and probably cheaper. I have seen some in a supermarket alongside yoga mats, skipping ropes, hand held weights. Google wrist weights should come up in search
Just checked type ankle and wrist weights into google search and it gives a list of stores you can purchase them from, prices vary so shop around. x
