Always been a concern about what happens if I’m out in the city on my own and fall over. So I wear a dog tag and carry card from Parkinson’s UK in my wallet
Hi @Johanmb, that’s an excellent safety net.
Thank you for sharing what you do to keep yourself safe.
Sending our warmest wishes

Hi Johan
Both seem a great idea to carry. Also carrying a copy of your prescription would be helpful to any medical people in the event of an emergency- let’s hope never needed. Best Wishes Jane
Hi Jane
Here in posh part of Essex there is a app used by the hospitals and ambulance service called MyChart. Which lists things like prescribed meds, letters, test results etc which medical people can access by logging on and inputting my details. MyChart is also used to tell me about appointments ( very handy as only get post every 10 days or so).
I have medical ID set up on my phone, swipe up from lock screen, tap emergency and my details appear with meds and emergency contact info.
