When the meds don't help

My husband was diagnosed three years ago. His tremor effects the whole of one side but his medication doesn’t help the tremor (it never has)He rarely is without it, apart from it getting on his nerves its starting to get him down. He’s on the usual carbidopa/levodopa.

We have a neurology appointment the beginning of Feb, I’m just wondering if anyone has had a similar thing and what helped or what we could ask to try.

Thank you xx
