I am British and my wife is German and we live in Thailand.2 years ago my wife was diagnosed with Parkinsons aged 49, we have a doctor but no other medical support, we do have a housekeeper though.
No one else to talk to about it here.

Sorry to hear you heave so little support; it must feel very lonely at times. There are good folk here to share experiences. Personally I'm one of the people who've got PD. I'm 59 and was diagnosed at 52. Its a horrible blow but you come to terms with it eventually.
