i have been given a medical form to fill in at work asking if i have ever had or have ever sufferd from a list of medial problems but it doesn’t mention parkinsons or any neurological problems just what prescriptions i am taking currently, has anyone had the same thing asked of them and what did you do,
i don’t want my
boss to know as i don’t think they can keep it to themselves
Do you have an HR department or manager in your workplace? If so, they are the people to discuss this with and should keep what you tell them confidential and only tell those who need to know, with your consent, when or if necessary.
