World mental health day 2020

On #WorldMentalHealthDay the All-Party Parliamentary Group are writing to the Secretary of State for Health & Care to address shortages in the mental health workforce to improve access for people with Parkinson’s.

You may experience a range of mental health issues alongside your physical Parkinson’s symptoms.

These can range from depression and anxiety to hallucinations, memory problems and dementia. However, practising mindfulness can help with mental health symptoms - we’ve developed a series of videos and an audio session to guide you through some basic mindfulness techniques.
