This is my first post.
Is there anyone with early onset/YOPD around North Birmingham / Sutton Coldfield ?
Could really do with some local support as feeling very isolated and scared right now.

If you go onto the Information and Support section on the Parkinson’s UK site and scroll to the bottom of the page you will find a post for local support. You type in your post code and it will tell you everything available near you.
I am sure you will find something there. Has you PD nurse not advised you? They are usually very supportive.
Please don’t be scared, you are not alone.

Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you’re feeling isolated and unsupported right now. As AMU said below - you can use our website to search for support groups in your area:

We’d also recommend you get in touch with our Helpline, as they’ll be able to advise you further on this. You can reach them via email at [email protected], or call free on 0808 800 0303. Lines are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, and on Saturday from 10am-2pm.
