What’s the latest advice?
Hi @FPearson , thank you for reaching out to the forum. The impact of alcohol will vary from each person and will depend on their Parkinson’s symptoms too. It’s important to stay hydrated if you have Parkinson’s, and therefore try to avoid alcohol, as per this article: Why is it important to stay hydrated with Parkinson's? | Parkinson's UK

I’m trying out the zero alcohol beers. Some of them are pretty good. They’ve definitely improved since they first came out years ago. Give them a try ![]()
Hi Dusty68,
Yes I do agree some of the non alcoholic beers are pretty good now. However if you drink them how are you going to wake up with a hangover in the morning, and knowing the day can only improve. ![]()
@CliveV Well I’ve only started the 0% alcohol beers but I’ve yet to find 0% Single Malt Whisky for my large whisky chasers ![]()

I think it is imperative that you don’t stop trying to find that.
However please understand that in order to be sure of the alcohol or non alcohol content you will have to finish the bottle as at times the non alcohol portion is right in the last tot or two.
Too late, all gone, still searching ![]()
