Reading what kay wrote broke my heart ,
But she mended it to.
I didnt really strangle her, , shes my world
What she wrote now makes me more determined to be more
But even talking to others like ourselves i still feel like im going to say something thats going to upset or offend
Apart from my family i i find it hard showinng my feelings
You ever get the feeling that what you said sounded better in your head
Wel going to go for now , shes waking up ,
Taking her a cuppa up ( while i still can lol )

Hope all well with you today.
I donāt know where I would be without my hubby.
He literally does everything for me. And still always knows when I need a hug.
He works full time and cares for me even though he has myeloid leaukemia. Which at present is under control. I think he deserves a medal

we should enjoy each day and I know only too well how hard that sometimes can be.

Dear babs, i too. Have falling over problems in the house , it as been made easier for me since I rearranged my furniture , my problem is when I turn round quickly , so I now have items placed so that I can have one hand on my stick and the other on an item of furniture , once at church I got up to go to the toilet and fell over onto a ladies knee , I think they are used to me now , I hope this helps you ? Today wasnt a good day, but im good now, thats why i havent been on today
You didnt need my problems or my bitching and moaning
It was just one of those days
, i did write another poem , well words really how i felt
Who would have believed that someone like me would write poetry what next ballet lol
But ive taken inspiration from others who have , Poetry not ballet

If we can laugh at PD then it loses its control
I have bad days and few and far between
It helps me knowing Iāve brought a smile to someone even if Iām only taking the Mick out myself

Hi All been to physio this.morning.
Been told the nerve ends in.my foot donāt appear to work anymore.So that must be nerve end damage.
This will prob be causing .me to fall.
Wondering if this has happened to any one else.
Could also be my parkinsons as well.contributing to it

I had a fall yesterday. My previous falls have been on river paths nearby walking the dog, a collie who understands me. I was rarely hurt. But yesterday, it happed so quickly. I fell down over the garden rockery and boy am I in a mess. Bruised ribs and leg, black and blue but as I look outside, I see the rockery has dried blood on the rocks. They look quite good. Iāll not wash them off!
