Not use to forums first time on one - quite introvert - I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in Nov this year at 43. Still not sure how I feel about it. Part of me is in denial the other part has accepted it - because it is what it is - I can’t change things so I have to make the most of what comes my way.
Hardest part of this diagnosis I’m finding is letting people know- I feel they get affected more than me which feels strange sometimes. I would love to join a zoom meeting when it happens. Might be a silly question but how do you find the link to the zoom meeting.
I know what you mean, I have been grappling with this recently, how to tell co-workers (who I don’t know very well) to explain why I move so slowly at work, LOL … it’s so awkward.
Thank Bernard for the link will definitely try and attend. So I’m assuming the next meeting is in January- what date is the meeting normally held and am I right in thinking the time is 8.00pm UK time
We haven’t been able to confirm if this is running today. You could join the Zoom meeting at the link below and see if others join.
It may be that the people who are hosting aren’t checking this thread today… although it may also be possible that since it’s NYD, there won’t be a call.
